SOY'B' 2010 x TQP.

I am not so late this time! 8Db Heh, so here's the event report for SOY'B' 2010 at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which took place last Saturday (30 January 2010).

Idako was nervous and couldn't sleep well the night before - I dreamt that I was super late! TAT! I live on the other side of Singapore from the event location, so I had to wake up earlier to take the train to be able to reach there on time!

In the end, it went smoothly, and I reached in time to set up the booth. xD


This is the noticeboard kindly provided by the SOY Committee for the event; before I started using my thumbtacks and stabbing putting up the prints and prices for display!


All done! :D



Then I proceeded to work on the table display - I should've brought a tablecloth, but in the end, the easel had a good effect! xD And so did nendo Miku and MEIKO. ♥

By then, it was around 10.45am, and the event was about to be opened to public soon - as soon as that happened, things were actually slow on my side. xD;;

I met some familiar faces from AFA'09, and so it was really wonderful to see you guys come down again!


Towards the end of the day, someone asked if I did sketch commissions. I usually don't, because I lack confidence in my on-the-spot drawing skills. I didn't even bring a pencil! OTL;; A BIG THANK YOU TO Silent Studio FOR LENDING ME YOUR PENCIL! ♥ I agreed to see if I could step up to such a challenge though! He requested for the KyouKaku gang, and so whilst I felt that I failed in portraying them as nicely as the limited print, I'm glad with the results of me being able to draw in such a short time-span. @__@;; Once again, thank you! ^__^~


The event closed as a success again! :D We are so grateful for the support, though, we know you guys just LOVE those Chibi VOCALOIDs bookmarks! xD!! We've also met new people - apologies that Idako doesn't have a deviantArt account - so please stalk her here on Skylight-Cafe.net! xD;;; This place gets lonely with the lack of comments.. D: Lolz.

Last but not least, we actually have some remainder stocks! o__o!! All the pieces are limited, and we'll be posting up the prices and shipping and information later this week. Please do continue to support us! :)

I think I missed your booth, I can swear I went to that section. ;A;
O well, next time. >.<
BTW, where do you get all your prints and bookmarks, well, printed out?
